The supply cord is insufficient for the rated power and includes a fuse which does not contain enough granular filler to function, which could cause a fire under surge and fault conditions. The product also required improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
