A black 3-pin DC adaptor supplied with Beldray and Salter cordless vacuums.
The affected adaptors present a risk of fire and electric shock as a manufacturing defect may result in the back of the adaptor coming off, exposing internal components.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
