Details
Silver airless paint sprayer with black handle. Product has a large yellow label with brand name ‘Vevor’ on blue panelling.
The product poses a serious risk of fire and explosion as there is poor external and internal build quality. 11 moving parts could be accessed causing a crushing/trapping hazard. The product had poor quality connections with the earth being removed by hand and the live wire not being screwed down correctly. This present hazards of fire/explosion/electric shock. The plug is considered counterfeit. Improvements are required to documentation, markings and declaration of conformity.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 and the Plugs & Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
