Black AC adapter with 3 pin plugs.
The product presents a high risk of fire as there is insufficient creepage and clearance distance between the mains potential input circuits and low voltage output circuits for Class II equipment. The fuse incorporated into the plug did not contain any sufficient granular filler, and as a result the fuse could overheat and explode causing a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
