The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the unshuttered pin apertures allow access to live parts. If a user touches a live part when plugging in, or unplugging, a plug from the socket, they may experience an electric shock. The product also requires improvements to markings, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
