The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of electric shock as when tested the breakdown isolation between the input and output circuits did not meet the insulation requirements. As the insulation is inadequate, it may break down over time and from multiple uses, leaving the user exposed to the risk of electric shock if live parts come into contact with each other.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
