The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the product does not meet the expected mechanical requirements, as screws that make an electrical connection were not locked against loosening. The product also did not meet the dimensional requirements relating to B22 type caps, and there was possible access to live parts which poses an electric shock hazard to users.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
