B&Q has identified a potential risk of electric shock and fire when using this product. In some cases, the product may overheat causing damage to the case. It was sold between September 2020 and January 2021. Some heaters have shown ‘excessive heat build-up, leading to scorching or deformation of the heater’.
What to do next
If you have bought this model of fan heater since September 2020, please immediately stop using it and return to store when possible for a full refund.
