This can lead to overheating during use and in some cases there is a small risk of a fire developing.

The models SW1010 and SW1020 from Swan sold between 2010 and 2012 are affected by the recall.

Very is recalling two models of Swan washing machines.
The recall affects the item numbers: SW1010W; SW1010Wa; SW1010B; SW1010Ba; SW1020W; SW1020Wa; SW1020B; SW1020Ba.

To confirm whether you have an affected model, check the model number displayed on the front of the machine on the rating label, against the affected model numbers listed above.
If you believe you have an affected machine, stop using the machine and disconnect or switch it off at the wall socket.
