What to do next
If you own an affected Beko fridge freezer, or if you are unsure if your fridge freezer is affected, please call Beko on 0800 009 4837 between 8.00am and 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
If you have an affected model then please unplug the product immediately and contact Beko.
Beko will arrange to make a free of charge modification to make the product safe.
This modifcation will take approximately 30mins.
